Subscription & Recurring Billing Disclosure
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE ENROLLING
By enrolling in a Mango Express Car Wash membership, you authorize recurring automatic charges to the payment method you provide.
You acknowledge that if you sign up for a NON-COMMERCIAL (Rideshare, Livery, Taxi, Courier, Food/ Grocery Delivery, work vehicle, etc) unlimited vehicle wash plan, and it is discovered that you are using your vehicle for commercial use (for any period of time) your plan will be canceled. If you use your vehicle for Rideshare, Livery, Taxi, Courier, Food/Grocery Delivery, work vehicle, etc, (for any period of time) you will need to sign up for one of our commercial membership plans.
Cancellation or pause of any monthly membership is only effective upon receipt of a written request sent to. No other method of notice shall constitute valid cancellation.

Membership Details

This membership provides unlimited car washes at participating Mango Express Car Wash locations, subject to posted rules and fair use policies.

Memberships are non-transferable and tied to your vehicle.
Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time.

Cancellation can be completed:

To avoid your next scheduled charge, cancellation must be completed 5 days before your next billing date.

Once cancelled, no further recurring charges will be processed.
Refund Policy

Charges already processed are non-refundable, except where required by law.

If you cancel after a billing date, your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Monthly membership provides up to one wash per day in each month your membership is active. Membership may be canceled at any time. Cancellations must be received by email (info@mangocarwash.com) at least five (5) business days prior to the next billing date, otherwise, you will be charged for that month and the cancellation will be effective the following billing date. The plan will remain in effect for a full month at a time, no refunds or credits will be granted for partial periods.
As a monthly member, you understand that the credit card provided will be automatically billed each month until the membership is canceled or terminated. No prior notification of such charges will be provided unless the date or amount changes, in which case Mango Express Car Wash will provide at least 30 days notice prior to payment being collected through a notice posted at the site and direct contact through the email and/or mobile number you provide at time of registration for the program. You also agree to waive any and all rights to withhold, dispute and/or delay payment of the related credit card charges, whether as described in your agreement with the credit card issuer or otherwise.
Mango Express Car Wash reserves the right to cancel, amend or change the program from time to time as it feels necessary and can cancel your monthly membership plan if the monthly charge is declined by the card processing system. From time-to-time, circumstances out of our control may affect the availability of services, such as preventative maintenance and inclement weather. Due to these conditions, Mango reserves the right to temporarily suspend operations as deemed necessary.

Only the vehicle listed on the customer information account is eligible for the program.
By entering your mobile number and/or email address, you consent to receive mobile notifications and/or email communications from Mango Express Car Wash for promotional and marketing offers as well as communication in any changes to the terms and conditions of this program. Your information will never be sold to third parties.
The terms and conditions provided herein are applicable to non-commercial vehicles. You acknowledge and confirm that you are not a commercial vehicle. In the event it is determined by either Mango Express Car Wash or its affiliates that you are operating a commercial vehicle (i.e. uber, rideshare, lyft, food delivery, courier, carrier, Livery designation, commercial license plate, commercial fleet), your membership will be immediately canceled. If after establishing your non-commercial membership and you operate a commercial vehicle, you shall, within 24 hours, establish a commercial membership and cancel or quit your non-commercial membership. All cancellations, whether by Mango Express Car Wash or by you, shall be subject to all terms and conditions of Mango Express cancellation policy.
